I was lucky, yet I was also untested. The test of combat is a once in a lifetime deal whether or not you have the fortitude to stomach such a thing. I'm pretty sure I would have handled it okay because I was trained to do so. This video really captures the essence of that Warrior spirit. Good Bye George
I know some people hated George but I liked him. He did his best against some of the greatest odds that has ever faced any President.

I've started Phase 3 of my mass building workout. Now it's all circuit training.

I Fear Not...

I'm passing the fear unto someone else because it doesn't reside in my heart anymore. I'm learning to be safe but disregard the warning signs and fear-inducing paralyzation of my will. I refuse to not let fear hold me back any further. I refuse to care what others may think of me and I will conquer any self-pride.
Yesterday was leg day and it went well.

For cardio I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Today is Shoulders and arms.
